MICCA
The MICCA technology conference was impressive. My favorite things were seeing LanSchool, a company that creates software that enables teachers to manage the computers in their room. I also enjoyed learning about the Pixie software. I'm looking forward to experimenting with Imageblender, which sounds like Photoshop but for a fraction of the price. I also enjoyed seeing the hardware that can connect 6 monitors and keyboards to one tower so you can have one tower in your room and 6 other computers.

I enjoyed the conference also and realized that we have many of the "toys" that were presented. Our are a bit older but not by that much. I thought that the Pixie demo was great and would like to use this software in the media center.
